Partly addresses, but does not fix #17

  • Provides Conda environment for dependencies of method MULTILAYER
  • The method itself must be separately deployed by cloning the repository, as it is not packaged and therefore not included in the environment
  • The PR does not include code to run the method and the method was not tested
  • Important: MULTILAYER is a GUI tool and CLI or library entry points cannot easily be added; see comment in method_MULTILAYER #17 for details
