72 hours is correct.
Here is where the invite token is created in the accusers-api : https://github.com/SparkPost/accusers-api/blob/533fddac0840bae6ec5ef67dfee585a2f2f232f1/lib/models/invite.js#L65
This is set to a ttl of 72 hours in the default.json config file here :
