Add Getting Started page

First draft to get some feedback if this is how a getting started guide should look like. Personally I have the following comments:

• The menu bar gets a bit cluttered. Should we split it into sub menus like:

  docs
     |-> API Reference
     |-> Getting Started
  

  or similar?
• Should we provide static hosting examples on GitHub / GitLab? From an OSS perspective GitLab is probably preferable, but I'm writing this on GitHub, so... 😉

Will GitHub / GitLab allow proper CORS headers?

That's something we'll have to discuss at the next telco tomorrow. I think it would be nice if all endpoints were queryable from the web. But it raises the bar for setting up an endpoint.
