Switched SDM.AbstractionsTests.csproj to Microsoft.NET.Sdk, removed <UseVSTest>, and added explicit MSTest dependencies. Updated Verify.MSTest to 31.14.0. Changed a test assertion to Assert.ThrowsExactly for stricter exception checking.
