For IPathIO, a new method has been added 'ReplaceInvalidCharsForFileName' which will replace the invalid characters. In IFileSystem a new helper has been added for platform specific actions. ReplaceInvalidCharsForFileNameForWindows will do similary like ReplaceInvalidCharsForFileName but with a fixed list of characters.
