Added Abstractions_V1_0_3 and Registration_V2_1_1 migration classes and registered them in their respective installers. Updated DomInstaller to include version 2.1.1. Updated Skyline.DataMiner.Dev.Utils.SDM.Abstractions.dll to support these changes.
