Chat Effects
Chat Effects are a major feature of Flashcord, it adds a whole new layer of expression to messaging!
Using Chat Effects is insanely simple, you just add a (non-working) specific link at the end of your message and Flashcord interprets that as a Chat Effect! The reason you need to use a link is because that is the only solution without JavaScript. Certain chat Effects also work for attachments and embeds. Only the 8 last messages can have chat effects, this is a measure taken to reduce lag. If you hate this behavior, a Flashcord Module is available on the Flashcord Modules Store (Infinite Chat Effects) to disable those optimizations which is more keen to how Flashcord Alpha used to behave. Note that it will obviously cause performance issues.

They were removed due to performance issues. However a Flashcord Module is available if you want them back, note that everyone you talk to needs to have the module or they will not see the effect. Check it out on the Flashcord Modules Store.
