Make "Customize agent" link from Library to Builder versionless

Should just send the user to the latest version. This currently doesn't happen if the graph is updated while the library tab is open, as the /library/agents/[id] page doesn't refresh the LibraryAgent and thus also not the LibraryAgent.graph_version
