1. Add config tests for stylelint …

   BREAKING: Your project will now require a .stylelintignore file to ignore linting dist/ and node_modules/ directories
   
   - Pass 'stylelint.config' to --config flag
   - Pass 'stylelint.ignorePath' to --ignore-path
   - Add tests for all config items
