Addition of passkey icon #7663

Feature request summary
Passkeys are a new authentication method, offering users simpler, stronger password-less sign-ins. In order to support passkeys in merchant authentication, we need an icon to represent this auth method.
Rationale
Representing passkeys accurately and consistently will provide the best experience for users accessing their FIDO credentials. The passkey icon provided by the FIDO Alliance requires some design adjustments to fit within our icon library.
