Installation

$ npm install

Running the app

# development
$ npm run start

# watch mode
$ npm run start:dev

# production mode
$ npm run start:prod

Test

# unit tests
$ npm run test

# e2e tests
$ npm run test:e2e

$ npm run test:cov

Get the application report by the following:

As we discussed in the first interview that 1centre has a plan to move its backend to Nest.js, so I chose Nest.js to do the test as well. The dev experience was pretty good, felt easy to set up and handy to use. I simply followed its architecture.

Areas to improve:

1. Add input validation to the api.
2. Better error handling.
