Description
This PR rationalises the
cirrus-cidata_cachesupport foriris-test-datain the relevant tasks by using a template.In addition, we've moved to using a formal release tag of the
iris-test-datarather than a commit sha. For reference see SciTools/iris-test-data#58.That is, if new data is added to the
iris-test-datarepo, then bump theversion.txt(for humans) and tag a release of themastercommit.Consult Iris pull request check list
