Removes deprecated function
iris.analysis.interpolate.regrid. Closes #2664.Also removes deprecated function
iris.analysis.interpolate.extract_nearest_neighbour, which was blocked untilregridwas removed, asregridmade use ofextract_nearest_neighbour. Closes #2662.Update: also removes
iris.analysis.interpolate.nearest_neighbour_indices, as this is a dependency ofextract_nearest_neighbour. Closes #2661.
