@pp-mo is it usual to keep unused files - in this case polar_stereo.grib2 - in iris-sample-data once we stop using them?

This supports SciTools/iris#3746, which will allow us to completely test Iris without needing to use iris-grib.
(See SciTools/iris#3745 for the importance of that)
