Switch from only-allow to just-pnpm ([BUG] Preinstall script runs after installing dependencies npm/cli#2660 (comment))
Correctly specify file patterns for linter and formatter
Pre-build cleanup using node instead of rm command
typesync shall be a policy to be executed manually when adding packages
