bug(windows): App crashes when trying to send a 2gb file in chat

Issue:
When you try to upload and send a 2GB file in chat the app will crash before the file finishes being uploaded. There is no crash log or anything in console when this happens. Its worth to note that I am able to send this file no issues on other OS's it seems to be Windows specific

*note that I cant upload this file in the ticket due to the size so feel free to DM me and I will send the file to you

@dariusc93 it is but I noticed if you upload the file in your files page first and then go to chat and send it using Browse Files instead of Add file it will send
