August Doorbell Cam Pro - How to trigger doorbell events?

Does anyone know how to trigger the doorbell events from the August Doorbell Cam Pro?

Has anyone got the doorbell to actually SEND a snapshot? My stream keeps messing up crashing FFMPEG, and the snapshot has never actually been sent when the button is pressed.

I got the snapshot on August, but never with a doorbell press.
