The matching of projects to users should additionally to entered keywords work on the projects title/description.

I would like to work on this, but I have few doubts:
is it desired feature to show projects from older episodes in user's opportunity? and also in project's show user can join projects even after hackweek is over? 🤔

No

Well it isn't forbidden. So far Project<=>User associations are not based on Episode
