Unfortunately it only builds on aarch64 targets, which doesn't work for docs.rs builders: https://docs.rs/crate/aarch64-dit/0.0.1-alpha/builds/1350160

Not sure what to do about this, besides having a fake facade for cfg(docsrs) or thereabouts.

This hopefully allows the docs to generate on docs.rs.
