Resolve #633
New actions available in GitHub allow for building and deploying the site completely from the actions workflow with minimal code. The deploy.sh script is no longer necessary with these changes.
Build and deploy via GH actions only (no deploy script)

The current "back to top" button is built by `<a>` tag, it would be more appropriate to replace it with the `<button>` tag.

Huge PR since it brings over all the commits from the theme but I can't be arsed to fix it.
