Harp Songs and ZSprites v2

No changes to the actual sprites or songs within, but the directory structure has been changed alongside the steps needed to use them. Simply open up the .zip file and put the ff4fe folder within in your data subfolder of your Archipelago install (if on Windows) or the data subfolder of your Archipelago user data folder (Mac and Linux).
