Bug: Changeset image breaks changelog summary line
The changeset body starts with an image, but the custom Changesets
getReleaseLineuses the first non-empty line ofchangeset.summaryas the changelog entry. This makes the generated release line become an image markdown list item and drops the actual change bullets from the changelog output.
