Trying to use MiniMax-M2, I get the message after the API request

Unexpected API Response: The language model did not provide any assistant messages. This may indicate an issue with the API or the model's output.

Context (who is affected and when)

Any user who tries to use Minimax-m2 directly from the Minimax provider. But this does work with using OpenRouter to access

Reproduction steps

1. Got to Settings > Providers > Minimax > Minimax-M2 selected
2. Try to run a query
3. Get the message above

The llm call should return

Note that it does work with minimax.ai endpoint but not the minimax.com one

I'm exploring a potential fix for the MiniMax-M2 endpoint issue and will open a PR to share progress. I'll investigate why the minimax.com endpoint doesn't work while minimax.ai does.

@richtong Are you using context like @/directory/ in your conversation? Doing so will 100% cause failure. I've seen two scenarios. I'm using MiniMax-M2 (minimaxi.com).

• Unexpected API Response: The language model did not provide any assistant messages. This may indicate an issue with the API or the model's output.

• Cannot read properties of null (reading'0')
