[BUG] Sonnet 4.5 w/ Bedrock provider does not have 1M context window checkbox

When configuring Sonnet 4.5, I expected there to be a checkbox with the label "Enable 1M context window (beta)" like there is for Sonnet 4, but there is not

1. extension version 3.28.11
2. go to the providers section of the settings
3. select Amazon Bedrock provider
4. select *-sonnet-4-5-* for model

Expected result

1M context window checkbox is present

Actual result

1M context window checkbox is not present

I'm exploring a potential fix for the missing 1M context window checkbox for Claude 3.5 Sonnet v2 in the Bedrock provider settings. I'll open a PR to share progress.

I've opened PR #8382 to address this issue: #8382

The fix adds support for the 1M context window checkbox for Claude 3.5 Sonnet v2 in the AWS Bedrock provider settings, matching the functionality that was already available for Claude 3.5 Sonnet v1.

All tests are passing and CI checks have completed successfully. The implementation is ready for review.
