[BUG] checkpoint restore position error

CheckpointMenu will hide when the mouse is not on the CheckpointSaved component. When the mouse points to the restored Popover, the CheckpointMenu is hidden, causing the Propver to be misplaced.

1. enable checkpoint
2. new a task and trigger checkpoint saved
3. try restore checkpoint

Opened PR #8220 with a fix for the checkpoint restore popover positioning issue. The solution maintains menu visibility when the popover is open, preventing the anchor element from disappearing. CI checks are currently running.
