Hello,
Some of the (newest) built-in tools of Claude Code are not disabled: "ExitPlanMode","BashOutput","KillBash".
Thus occasionally Roo is trying to call them when using Claude Code as a provider. Could you add them to the list of Claude Code disabled tools?

1. Use Claude Code as a provider
2. Proceed while a command is still running
3. Then Roo uses BashOutput to attempt to see the output

I'm exploring a potential fix for disabling the newer Claude Code built-in tools (ExitPlanMode, BashOutput, KillBash) and will open a PR to share progress.

I've opened PR #7818 with a fix for this issue: #7818

The fix filters out the Claude Code built-in tools (ExitPlanMode, BashOutput, KillBash) so they are silently ignored instead of causing errors. All CI checks have passed successfully. Feedback welcome!
