Summary of the fix:

The error was caused by the .at(0) method returning undefined when the VSCode workspace folders array is empty. This undefined value was then passed to path functions that expect a string, causing the "path argument must be of type string" error.

I replaced all .at(0) usages with safe array access patterns that check the array length before accessing elements:

• src/utils/path.ts: Modified getWorkspacePath()
• src/core/context-tracking/FileContextTracker.ts: Modified getCwd()
• src/integrations/claude-code/run.ts: Modified cwd constant initialization
• src/services/mcp/McpHub.ts: Modified default cwd in Zod schema

All tests are passing and the code has been reviewed. The CI checks are currently running on the PR.
