[NEW] Add teams.convertToChannel endpoint

Proposed changes (including videos or screenshots)

• Add new teams.converToChannel endpoint;
• Update ConvertToTeam modal text (since this action can now be reversed);
• Remove corresponding team memberships when a team is deleted or converted to a channel;
