In app/apps/README.md: There is a spelling mistake. 'Hence' is incorrectly spelt as 'hince'. It had to be corrected in order to give a correctful meaning to any user who is reading the README.

This is my first PR, just wanted to see whether everything works fine or not and of course there was a genuine typo in the README file.
