The Omnichannel Routing System is no longer assigning chats to bot agents when the bot agent is the default agent of the inquiry.

Issue(s)

Steps to test or reproduce

  • Install and set up Dialogflow App
  • enable Assign new conversations to bot agent setting
  • Set Auto Selection as Omnichannel routing method
  • Start a new chat
