Reassessment of client helpers

Proposed changes

Client-side code relies on some helper functions aiming reusability but over time some duplication is expected. As highlights here:

• code was rewritten to TypeScript;
• functions to download data were updated to use Blob objects and properly escaping CSV data;
• client/helpers/ was dropped in favor of client/lib/;
• RegExp.escape was replaced only in client by escapeRegExp, to avoid global namespace pollution.

⚠️ Notice that capitalize() was kept only because useForm() heavily depends on it.
