Proposed changes

Some APIs failed to show in the app details page. Add Promise.all to make sure all promises could be resolved before return the data.

1. Create an example app that registered a webhook URL, deploy it to the dev server.
2. Go to admin - apps - apps detail, check if APIs section is missing.
