Fixes compilation issues with Boost 1.87 by removing deprecated rescaling code.
Updated vinca dependency revision in pixi.toml
Changed IGNORE_CACHE_AND_DO_FULL_REBUILD to 'false' to avoid full rebuilds.

I think the cache is not saved due to the timeouts. We probably need to temporarily reduce the number of packages built to get below 6 hours. |
