Openroast has been updated to incorporate the latest freshroastsr700 driver v0.2.3, which addresses Openroast issue #57, namely, in Windows and Ubuntu, you can now connect the hardware after having launched the app. If you are happy with v1.2.0rc3, there is no significant improvement in v1.2.1 other than addressing issue #57.
How to install
Windows 10
The Windows installation packages are named Openroast_1.2.1_Win10_xxbit.zip
below. Please download the appropriate ZIP file (most modern machines will run the 64-bit version, a 32-bit version is provided to run on older hardware), then open it by double-clicking on it once downloaded. There is a README file in the package you can consult, or take a look at the Windows install walkthrough.
Mac
To install the OS X version, a disk image file (DMG) is supplied for download below called Openroast.1.2.1.Mac.OS.X.Installer.dmg
. Please download that, double-click the DMG to mount it, and follow the instructions in the README file. Or take a look at the Mac install walkthrough.
