Add basic adaptor signature (single sig) functionality for creating, verifying, and extracting data from adaptor signatures.

There are bugs with this implementation. It's not ready

There is a bug in either sign_with_nonce or calculate_signature_point. Since sign relies on sign_with_nonce, I believe its in the latter. Looking into this now.
