Modify the melanosome model to properly fit 2 hexes instead of forcing streching

The melanosome model I got I had to stretch vertically to kind of fit the size of the organelle which is 2 hexes tall and 1 wide. So the model geometry needs to be tweaked a bit to get it to be two hexes tall neatly
