Oh no! My robot won't start...
When diagnosing and classifying a new customer issue with the robot, we have a term here called "Left of the Line". If you imagine a horizontal 'Line', or axis, where all the way on the left it starts with "Purchasing Baxter" and "Delivery of Baxter", and then progresses to the right through "Unpacking and (Physically) Setting up Baxter", "Setting up the Network"
