- Separate crypto libraries from algorithm libraries

- Fixed windows build to work with new algorithm swap

I built this codebase last week with an altered activation time and setup a 3-node testnet and mined blocks through the activation time successfully. The algo switched as expected and I mined around 500 blocks on X16Rv2. I tested CPU mining with setgenerate, and I also tested pool mining submitting blocks with submitblock.
