This pull request implements changes to the make system so that the Ravencoin Doxygen documentation can be generated and removed by running
make docsandmake clean-docsrespectively.This is a modest improvement in useability, but it includes checking of the doxygen dependency and improved usage and dependency information in doc/developer-notes.md
Also, generating the documents this way causes Doxygen to properly display the client revision information, which reduces confusion when comparing different versions as viewable here:
