The ability to select which outpoints you want to spend when sending/transferring assets is very important. Asset Control allows for users to only send exactly what they want to send. This PR adds Asset Control to the Assets tab. Asset Control is enabled if CoinControl is enabled in the settings. It acts just like CoinControl with some miner difference because we have to take into account the large amount of different assets a user might have in the wallet.
Using Asset Control, you can only select outpoints from one asset at a time. Just like with the RVN CoinControl you can only select RVN.
