I should also note that one of the CRTM fix files is incorrect. When this is fixed, it may change the UPP baselines, which may require another updated UPP hash. See JCSDA/spack-stack#963 for details. |

@RatkoVasic-NOAA UPP testing was completed again after fixing a CRTM-fix file. There were no changes to baselines so no further UPP commits are necessary. |

Description
This upgrades the spack-stack version to 1.6.0 for the UPP. This upgrade was tested and baselined in PR NOAA-EMC/UPP#856.
