Open PHT 1.6
Windows 10x64 and Windows 8x64 system
PMS Version 0.9.17.2

This is just for Home Video library types, doesn't occur on Movies and TV Show library, Watch Later types, you have both Mark as watched, Mark as Unwatched options available in those.

For Home Videos - If you have a In Progress/Video with Resume video, using the context menu "C" you are only given the ability to mark it was unwatched, - mark as watched is missing,

Thankyou

Is this in all skins, or just Aeon Nox?

Incidentally what you have shown in the screen shot is a TV show, not a Home movie, if you placed this in a TV show library then you would be able to do what you are asking for.

Same in default skin / Black Edition - as Aeon Nox, Magnum said he wasn't able to fix it via Skin

In the screenshot, I keep Formula 1 as Home Library type deliberately since you can view by folder, which is more convenient due to the large amount of files per race, season, year.

Its also nicer having them as landscape images using Home Videos in Aoex Nox opposed to portrait for TV Shows,

I also store some random doco's, clips etc and also home camera videos as Home Library, same issue can only mark as unwatched if its in progress. if the video is unwatched, you have option to mark it as watched.. but if its progress, can only mark it was unwatched.

Please check if this works as expected in the newly released 1.6.1 and advise.
