This change gives indication to users that the blog is
retired and that the content is available at a new url.

This is a much better user experience than simply removing
the bridge.

There is actually a feed at
https://www.ramseysolutions.com/rss
but it is huge (5MB) and contains invalid xml.

This is a rather hacky solution for the problem.
We should build a better workflow for that kind of issue. The problem I see here is that this Bridge will remain forever here and any new users will stumble over these dead ends. I think we should remove this bridge entirely.

I don't have a strong preference. Removing this bridge is fine. Feed readers should detect broken feed urls.

I think we need to add "deprecated" directory to store those bridges. What do you think of it, @f0086 and @dvikan?

Its not deprecated, its simply broken beyond repair.
