* Add model svm mode support. Enabled by default * Re-enable debug message * Fix compile error after merge. * Initial implementation for moving ioctl functionality to ffm. * Refactor queue management to be owned by FFM, removing ROCR callbacks for queue registration and destruction * Consolidate event state (bitmap, array, condvar) and IOCTL handlers in FFM to eliminate circular dependency where FFM called back to ROCR for event operations. FFM now owns event lifecycle completely. * Consolidate memfd allocation and lifecycle management in FFM to eliminate callbacks where FFM called back to ROCR for file operations.
