Unconditional QP and SDMA scheduling can break valid runs on incompatible hardware or multi-node placements, while missing build-option guards let tests pass without executing their intended checks.

What changed in this PR
This PR corrects rocSHMEM functional-test dispatch and connects six existing QP and SDMA tests to the test runners.
Changes:
- Corrects
signal_ops_on_streamfrom test ID 174 to 195. - Registers QP and SDMA tests in CTest and the shell driver, with explicit backend settings.
- Adds the new test families to weekly test categorization.

🟡 Changes recommended
The SDMA tests can inherit an MPI hostfile that places ranks on different nodes, causing IPC initialization to fail unless hostfile launches are guarded or the tests are constrained to one node.

1. 🟠 Should fix: SDMA tests report PASSED when SDMA falls back to IPC: this PR skips without skip exit code
When SDMA connect fails on every local rank and falls back to IPC, Who is affected: Weekly/full-tier SDMA functional test runs on nodes where SDMA connect fails (e.g. no xGMI) or on a regression that forces the fallback. Checked against the code by an independent pass. Motivation
signal_ops_on_stream's test ID inCTestFunctionalTests.cmakeanddriver.sh: 174 now belongs toQpPutNbiPollafter later enum insertions, so the test was silently running the wrong algorithm and failing with a GDA-backend error.qp_pingpong,qp_putnbi,qp_putnbi_poll,sdma_pingpong,sdma_putnbi,sdma_putnbi_pollfunctional tests inCTestFunctionalTests.cmake,driver.sh, andtest_categories.yaml. Each forces its required backend/config explicitly (ROCSHMEM_BACKEND=gdafor QP;ROCSHMEM_BACKEND=ipc+ROCSHMEM_SDMA_ENABLED=1for SDMA) rather than relying on the default.Issue Tracking
