These 4 CHANGELOG entries sit in release sections, but the code was merged to develop after release/therock-10.2 forked from develop at commit 2a8fffb7d64c (merged 2026-10-14) and is not on that branch. This moves them into ## ROCm Systems Profiler 1.11.0 for ROCm 10.3 (unreleased), under the matching subsections.

• feat(rocprofiler-systems): install the agent skills with an install script #13148 (merged 2026-10-14, on the same day as, but after, the 2026-10-14 fork commit, and its merge commit is not on release/therock-10.2), moved from the ROCm Systems Profiler 1.10.0 for ROCm 10.2 (unreleased) section:

  • Agent skills for choosing a profiling preset, discovering configuration options, and
    instrumenting binaries are now installed in share/rocprofiler-systems/skills. Run the
    bundled install-skills.sh --agent <claude|codex|cursor> to copy them into your AI coding
    agent's personal skills folder.

• fix(rocprofiler-systems): use timemory PAPI component-map init fix #14253 (merged 2026-11-02, after the 2026-10-14 fork commit, and its merge commit is not on release/therock-10.2), moved from the ROCm Systems Profiler 1.10.0 for ROCm 10.2 (unreleased) section:

  • Sampled PAPI hardware-counter tracks use the short description instead of the raw event symbol.

• fix(rocprofiler-systems): Handle missing non-main thread orphaned OpenMP events #13356 (merged 2026-10-30, after the 2026-10-14 fork commit, and its merge commit is not on release/therock-10.2), moved from the ROCm Systems Profiler 1.10.0 for ROCm 10.2 (unreleased) section:

  • Fixed missing OpenMP (OMPT) events on non-main threads when a region was still open at
    finalization. Regions that never received their end callback are now emitted with the
    finalization timestamp and an [incomplete] name suffix instead of being dropped.

• fix(rocprofiler-systems): exit cleanly instead of SIGABRT on invalid input #13626 (merged 2026-10-26, after the 2026-10-14 fork commit, and its merge commit is not on release/therock-10.2), moved from the ROCm Systems Profiler 1.10.0 for ROCm 10.2 (unreleased) section:

  • Fixed rocprof-sys-instrument aborting with SIGABRT on invalid input (non-ELF text
    file, missing target, or already-instrumented binary). Uncaught std::runtime_error
    exceptions from instrumentation setup are now caught in main, reported as
    [rocprof-sys] error: ..., and the process exits with status 1 instead of
    terminating.

Only the CHANGELOG is changed. Version macros are left to the component owners.
