## Motivation From ROCm 10.0.0 onwards HIP version is no longer aligned with ROCm version. But, in https://github.com/ROCm/rocm-systems/blob/develop/projects/clr/CHANGELOG.md HIP version is mentioned as 10.x.x for ROCm 10.x.x. The CHANGELOG.md file needs to be corrected for this: ## Technical Details Updates HIP version in the CHANGELOG.md as below: 1. ROCm 10.2.0-> HIP 7.17 2. ROCm 10.1.0-> HIP 7.16 3. ROCm 10.0.0-> HIP 7.15 ## Issue Tracking JIRA ID: AIRUNTIME-2900 ## Test Plan Doc change, no testing needed. ## Test Result NA ## Submission Checklist - [x] Look over the contributing guidelines at https://github.com/ROCm/rocm-systems/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md.
