Looks good. Thanks for looking into the logs and confirming that it passes for gfx90a and was failing on gfx942.

## Motivation
Low Priority PR.
The test Full/GPU_LstmMSRnn_FP32.TestFloat/1095
has been observed to be failing intermittently and will be disabled
until investigated
Disable only on gfx942
