## Motivation Add gfx1152 to CI nightlies to provide build attempts ## Technical Details gfx1152 CI nightlies will now attempt to build ## Test Plan Run manual builds with TheRock CI ## Test Result As of now, [gfx1152 builds fail](https://github.com/ROCm/TheRock/actions/runs/19482451410) due to ongoing work with ROCm/rocm-libraries#2656 ROCm/rocm-libraries#2655 ROCm/rocm-libraries#2653 As those PRs start going into `rocm-libraries`, this build will eventually pass. as of now, we will attempt to build with `expect_failure` enabled ## Submission Checklist - [x] Look over the contributing guidelines at https://github.com/ROCm/ROCm/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md#pull-requests. Progress on #2193
.yaml files are copied from gfx1151 with the following changes: - replaced gfx1151 in filename and content by gfx1153 - changed device to `[Device 1902]` (PCI id) - changed isa to `ISA: [11, 5, 3]`
