including logic file updates to add tuning for new size request.
validated that we have gains in a majority of the cases for the cases we don't usually struggle with (the larger sizes).
The best performing case (4096,4096,1,1024) has 93% efficiency.
The best performing batched size (384,448,64,256) is 84% efficiency.
there were three cases which we found performance drops, these were excluded.
